We are proud to share with you now and again some of the unsolicited testimonials we receive praising the outstanding quality of Al Knoch Interiors products and service. Here's what Mr. Bill Seaverns of Lake Worth, Florida, had to say to Al and his team about the recent restoration of his 1992 White Corvette Sport Seats:

First, I would like to thank you all for your personalized attention and assurance you have given me in handling the unforeseen problems in the restoration of my 1992 White Corvette Sport Seats. Second, I would like give a testimonial of how I ended up choosing Al Knoch Interiors. And let the story unfold from there...

I visited several local trim shops that generally go to outside Corvette suppliers to purchase the covers and never provide much input to their experience in redoing Sport Seats. What I did discover is that they are probably one of the most difficult seats to redo. It makes it a whole lot bearable if you know what I mean. So my quest went on until I went to Ecklers Fall Reunion where I met a gentleman named Gordon R. Brown who had dealt with Al Knoch and highly recommended him. So I researched the company and decided to purchase a white convertible top. I had it installed locally and was very pleased with the quality and the fit. So I decided to take that next step and order my Sport Seat covers. I placed my order to Dale Robertson who said they would be in Orlando for the annual NCRS meeting and said if I brought the seats there, they could do it all that day if I made the appointment, which I did.

Well it was a beautiful sunny Saturday when I arrived at NCRS in Orlando on January 24, 2004. I found Al Knoch's area, introduced myself to Dale and gave him my seats. I then made my trek around show. I checked back to see the progress and finally met Al. I had noticed a problem with the color and Corvette logo centering on one of the seats. Al agreed with the logo problem, and said he had not brought addition white covers with him but would take the seat back to Texas and assured me everything would be just fine and would ship it to me at his expense. I, of course, wasn't happy about it, but I feel I'm a good judge of character and Al left me with a good sense that he was a man of his word. I still had a color problem but decided to take the other seat back to see how it looked in the car. Well, after I got home and put the seat into the car I could immediately tell the color was not the Artic White that I need to achieve that new showroom look.

I called Al and told him my sincere concerns. He told me to ship the seat to him and he said he would do everything to make it right, and gave me his apology for the mix-up. Well, I shipped the seat back to Al, and called Mary Lou once a week, who gave me an update or put me through to Al if he was available. Their high priority on customer care and satisfaction goes far beyond what one may be used to in today's fast paced world.

Anyway, like any story, it has an ending. I finally received my seats on March 24 and they were absolutely beautiful and exactly what I wanted, Al certainly did what he said he would do...make it right!

I hope this story gives one confidence and assurance in choosing Al Knoch Interiors for their Corvette needs. I'm glad I did! I would be glad to send anyone photos of the seats, which speak for themselves.

And here's what Mr. John Walsh had to say in an October 2005 email he sent to Al Knoch about the both the Al Knoch product quality, but also the outstanding personal service he received from Al Knoch employees:

:

"Al, you don't know me and I don't know you, but I have to tell you that your main man Dale Robertson is a great asset to your company! Dale went out of his way to make a happy customer. I am that customer. He spent his free time in Carlisle [2005 Show] after hours waiting for me to pick up my '75 Vette seats at his motel at about 9 PM on my way to my brother's house in Maryland. Back to the seats--they were your leather seat covers, your foam and your installation technicians.  Thanks to your foam my seats look great! Al, I will look you up next Carlisle. Again, Dale and also your telephone support personnel have been GREAT!"
